Dr. Johnson is the author of numerous concept papers, refereed and non-refereed journal articles, monographs and books, plans and proposals, and position papers . His most recent major initiative was as co-author of Cultural and Educational Excellence Revisited: Knowing, Doing, Being, and Becoming as though Saving the African American Child Matters.
